Charming and cozy town house 7 minutes walk from the center and five from the river. Completely renovated in a retro style, preserving the natural stone and decoration brought from all over the world.
Perfect to rest with great detail and enjoy the gastronomy and nature of the area.
Upon entering the house you will see the living room with a large sofa that can be converted into a bed, a bench/trunk and two small tables that you can move for your comfort. In the same space is integrated the kitchen with views of the countryside and a peninsula to eat and enjoy after meals. We have kept the original stone of the house on one of the walls to create a warm and natural atmosphere. It is fully equipped with a nespresso coffee machine, toaster, moka pot, juicer, utensils, cutlery... ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave. There are even glasses of wine.
To the right of the main door there is a room with a 1.35 bed framed with a headboard from floor to ceiling and a wardrobe to store your clothes and feel at home.
From the living room there is a corridor where the rest of the house is distributed.
As you walk in you will see a closet to your right and at the bottom you will find the washer/dryer. In case you are several days and you have to wash clothes. And then another cabinet to store the clothesline, vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan.
Continuing down the hall to the right there is a full bathroom equipped with everything you need such as a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, gel and hand soap.
On the other side of the corridor is the second room with a 1.35 cm bed and a natural stone headboard. It has a large closet and natural light that enters through the window from where you can see the field when you wake up.
Going down the hall to the right you will find the other full bathroom with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
